About your coach

Hi team!

Most of you probably know me already, but if not 😊... 

I'm a long-distance running coach who got my start in Division I collegiate athletics, coaching cross country and track at Syracuse University and Northern Arizona University (NAU), where our team finished as NCAA National Runner-Up. I then spent several years running professionally, racing everything from the 1500m on the track to 50K trail races before returning to my true passion: helping people voluntarily run very long races.

Over the years, I've coached everyone from first-time runners to collegiate athletes, masters runners, Boston qualifiers, and elite marathoners—including my friend who went from a 10-year break from running to becoming the first American woman at the 2024 London Marathon. I've also coached community running groups, large-scale races, Girls on the Run teams, and athletes around the world as a Lead Trainer for iFIT.

For the past 16 years, I've helped runners achieve goals they once thought were out of reach, navigate the ups and downs of training, and discover they're capable of more than they imagined. Whether you're chasing a PR, a Boston qualifier, or simply hoping to survive your next long run with all toenails intact, I am P-U-M-P-E-D to help you get there!
