Marathon Training Plan

Select a 16- or 20-week marathon training plan designed to guide your training from start to finish. All plans include strength, mobility, and structured video-based coaching support to help you build consistency, stay healthy, and race with confidence.

Workouts and paces sync directly to your smartwatch and are accessible anytime through the V.O2 app on your phone or computer, creating a seamless training experience.

Be sure to purchase your plan before your training start date so you’re ready to begin on time and make the most of your full cycle.

If you plan to join Team Coaching, you must add it on before June 28th to join the July–October cohort. Our first team call is July 1st.

Team Coaching Package

$139/mo — 4 month commitment

This is where the magic happens.

The Team Coaching Package is a 4-month commitment (July–October) that brings structure, accountability, motivation, and enjoyment to your marathon build. This is where training comes to life — and as adults, we get to have teammates again.

You’ll be coached by Leah and supported with expert guidance in strength, nutrition, and race-day preparation so you can train smarter and show up ready.

You must be enrolled in a Marathon Training Plan to join Team Coaching.

Spots close June 28th — our first team call is July 1st.
