Who am I?
Hey ya’ll, I’m Leah.
Like many, let’s just say running chose me the day I was dry heaving in the elementary school gym mile.
Fast forward a few decades, and now I have the privilege of coaching rockstar runners around the world through my personal coaching business, LDR Coaching, and creating premium running content for the iFIT fitness app on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion machines.
I’ve coached high school and Division I NCAA athletes (including the #2 team in the country at the time—NAU Men’s Cross Country). I’ve run professionally, competed internationally, written for Outside Magazine, and even healed my own “lifelong” asthma and eating disorder.
